ATM / MasterCard Debit Card Fraud Alert

Fraudulent Phone Calls are not from Happy State Bank

HSB customers are receiving phone messages concerning their ATM/MasterCard Debit cards being suspended. THIS IS A SCAM! Happy State Bank will never solicit confidential customer information over the phone and we will NEVER use a phone recording to verify account information of any kind.

The fraudulent phone message reads: "Hello, this is a message from Happy State Bank, your card has temporarily been suspended because we think it has been accessed by a 3rd party. To reactivate your card press 1 to be immediately transferred to our security department."

If a HSB customer has disclosed any information please call the ATM/Debit Card department at (806) 358-5105 or Toll Free at (866) 958-2867 immediately.

We are working with law enforcement authorities to resolve this issue.
